Gethsemani is re-dedicated to the patronage of St. Joseph

We begin our Lenten observance.

We took our community retreat in January this year, led by the abbot general, Dom Bernardus.

We celebrate the birth of the infant Jesus here at Gethsemani.

On Dec 21st, 2022, we begin a year of celebration of the 175th anniversary of the founding of Gethsemani.

The Advent season marks the beginning of the liturgical year and prepares us for the coming of Christ into the world and into our hearts.

Each November, we set aside a mass for the anointing of our sick brothers.

The feast of the Dedication of the church of Gethsemani is our community's very own feast day.

We were very happy to welcome visitors from the Drepung Gomang Center for Engaging Compassion in Louisville.
