On the 30th of November, we entered the season of Advent, which also marks the beginning of the Church Year.
Providentially, on the 2nd of December, we had a lovely dusting of snow, which reminds us that, at least in this hemisphere, the seasons of Advent and Christmas are marked by nature entering into a sort of sleep, a period of darkness and rest, waiting for the renewal that spring and Easter will bring.
We wish everyone a joyful and rich Advent season.
