Marking the 65th anniversary of his priestly ordination, Fr. James Conner celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving on June 22.
He was joined at the altar by his nephew Dan Noll, a permanent deacon. Several family members were also in the congregation.
During his welcoming comments, Fr. James pointed out the special chasuble he was wearing – a gift made by his mother for his ordination 65 years ago. The image of the Holy Mother with the child Jesus was hand-painted by his sister.
Please join us in saying a prayer of thanksgiving for Fr. James’ ministry. May the Lord continue to bless this good and faithful servant. Ad multos annos!
